Rally the troops and head to Montpelier!
Arts Achievement Day is our opportunity to showcase the diversity and
strength of the arts community in Vermont. It's a day of advocacy,
education and peer networking. This year it's more important than ever
to demonstrate to legislators the tangible benefits of community and
economic development through the arts.
Highlights:
9:00 Accessibility Workshop
Learn how to conduct an access self-evaluation, and develop an access
implementation plan for your organization.
10:00 Arts & Economic Stimulus Funding
Be among the first to hear how stimulus funding from the National
Endowment for the Arts will be made available to Vermont artists and
arts organizations.
11:00 Tour the State House Art Collection
Join State Curator David Schütz for a guided tour of the "Peoples House".
12:00 Lunch with Legislators

new Legislative Caucus will be announced, along with performances and
refreshments.

Parking information:
During the legislative session, parking can be difficult to find in the
downtown area. The Capital Shuttle is FREE and available with services
